Abstract:
    A continuous glass fiber forming system incorporates a high energy stream of fluid to establish and control induced air flow from around the feeder to substantially simulate the induction of air into the filament forming region in the absence of filament attenuation like that induced during attenuation and/or increase the amount of heat removal effected during attenuation of the filaments.
