Abstract:
     The method involves a reaction container which has a pass part with up and down directions,a burner of generating glass particles,and a target inserted into the container via the pass part,which can move up and down and rotate.Under the lower end of the target rotating at the located psition in the container,the glass particles generated by the burner are splashed and heaped to form the porous glass rod.And acording to growing rate of the rod,the target is pulledup,at the meantime,descending airstream generated within the container is down flowing along the external circumference of the pass part.
