| The present invention is a method and device for measuring the temperature of molten glass in channel feeder. It takes advantage of R-T charactoristic of molten glass and adapts microcomputer processing system and electric current-temperature double closed loops automatic control system to measure and control the temperature of molten glass in channel feeder and other parts of glass kiln heated with electric current, oil or gas. The precision of temp. measurement is within about 0.5 deg.-about 1 deg. and the precision of temp. control is within about 2 deg. Even under the disturbance caused by a change of about 20% in electric network voltage and by a temp. change of about 10 deg. in melting pool, the temp. fluctuations are still less then about 2 deg..The static and dynamic charactoristics are very well. The device has a simple structure and a better cost performance. | |||
