Abstract:
     Without furnace body, a device for making micro bead from glass powder is mainly comprised of the following parts: multiple-tube combustor with vertically down ward nozzle, isolated cylinder, container for powder, micro bead collector, cyclone and fan. The device is capable of producing coloury and rounded micro glass bead, keeping glass powder and bead from sticking with isolated cylinder, preventing environment from pollution.
