Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the improved electronic controlling system of a glassware forming equipment. It consists of the overall monitoring system containing a controller for forming machine and a communication controller for the operator, some unit controllers and special mechanism controllers. The said mechanism controllers can be used for various functions which may be automatic controllable to realize various special automatic controls, such as the servo-control of the motor, the programming of the electromagnetic valve, producing alarm signals, etc. All the mechanism controllers have their own special controlling programs designed for their relevant forming mechanisms. They are controlled by the unit controllers in a real-time on/off timing mode and controlled by the forming machine controller in a nonreal-time mode.
