Abstract:
     This control method for the N-switching process of glass kiln provides a modified model to replace the conventional imput-output related model; it employs a configuration of two queuing registers, a physical data field and a logic data field, and uses the principle of the minimum and the methhod of self-correction, to switch the reversal valve of the heat accumulator and the fuel oil valve of the kiln at the optimal moment, thus alleviating the shortcomings of the conventional method of untimely switching and eliminating the effects of the time-lag and the drify in the flow-rate and the temperature of the air admitted. This invention can also be used in coke oven, blast furnace for iron-smelting, water-gas generator, pumping station, cold storage and other chemical equipments that require switchind control.
