Abstract:
     Traditional technology uses short circuit smelting or starting method, having defects of electrode damage, high energy consumption, low success rate, short working life and long smelter starting time. The present technology uses external heat source, the power source does not turn on until the raw materials between electrodes melt down, then the electrodes are moved slowly to keep the temperature for one hour, and then the spray process is carried out. The present method overcomes the existing defects and greatly raises the smelter starting success rate.
