Abstract:
     A dye for silk-screen printing of enamel on ceramic comprises flux and pigment. By selection of ideal flux, the physiochemical properties of flux and the adaptability of different pigments are improved, and "resinter heat treatment" process is unnecessary. Invented flux contains such raw materials (Wt.%) as PbO (35-45), B2O3 (8-15), Al2O3 (4-12), SiO2 (35-45), Li2O (0.2-5), SrO (0.2-5) and ZnO (0.5-5).
