Abstract:
     This invention relates to a Ca-P compound emulsified low-temp. raw glaze which is divided into glossy and non-glossy ones and is characterized by that waste glass is used as main flux, waste glass and phosphurus ore concentrate as emulsion, and in addition talcum, kaoline and zinc oxide as auxiliaries and water through grinding to obtain the product. The raw glaze slurry is applied on the surface of a blank which is heated in a kiln under 1020-1150 deg.C for 20-50 min. to form into the glazed product. The raw glaze has low price, short preparation period, and energy-saving advantages.
