Abstract:
     In the prodn of nucleated glass product with golden taillings as main material, the chemical components can meet the requirement of ternary CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system phase diagram. The technical process includes successively material screening, compounding, high-temp. melting, moulding, demoulding, nucleating and crystallizing, cooling and posttreating. By means of the said process, the tailling as the waste residue is utilized to produce various nucleated glass product with high strength, such as, decorative plate, bearing, valve, tableware, etc..
