     The invention relates to an approach of carrier cycle biology process using for sewage treatment. It follows nether steps: through balancing tank, sewage entering into biomembrane reactor of three stages (aerobic/anaerobic/aerobic), or four stages (anaerobic/aerobic/anaerobic/aerobic) to conduct biology process, adding flocculant to remove phosphor and precipitating out water through desilter. The invention can be widely used in kinds of cities for sewage treatment with simple technics and equipments, little floor area, low investment and operation cost and high effectiveness.
