Abstract:
    The invention provides a method for preparing nano precipitated calcium carbonate from industrial waste water by sodium bicarbonate process, which comprises using waste water containing carbonates from settling basin as raw material, proceeding filtration treatment first, then carrying out reverse osmosis desalination treatment to obtain fresh water and concentrated water, charging refined lime cream into concentrated water by the molar weight ratio of 40-60% of bicarbonate radical, controlling the temperature between 15-145 deg. C, carrying out separation and convection washing, so as to obtain nanometer level precipitated calcium carbonate, evaporating the separated liquid at 100-120 deg. C, finally carrying out concentration and crystallization treatment.
