Abstract:
     Based on the peculiarity of ion type rare-earth ore, in the process of this invention, extraction of rare-earth, separation of the crude tailings and elimination of aluminium are carried out at the same time in the mechanical grader. The crude products quartz sand and potash feldspar are obtained by screening crude tailings containing no rare-earths. After grading the slurry of rare-earth ore in liquid cyclone, the rare-earths mother liquor and potash feldspar, clay products will be obtained respectively by filtration on horizontal band type vacuum filter and by filter press and strong wet magnetic selector. This invention is applicable to all kinds of type rare-earth ore for extracting rare-earths and comprehensive use of the ore.
