Abstract:
     The process is controlled by specific surface and reactive activity. These oxides are then converted with the method of heated treatment of corresponding nitrates. The form of nitrates is self-uranyl-nitrate-hydrate, or combined with aqueous solutions or solid materials of mixture comprising at least one of following metallic nitrates. Thorium nitrate. Cerium nitrate and plutonium nitrate. The characteristic of the process includes two steps of treatment: (1) First step comprises an im-complete dehydration of uranyl-nitrate-hydrate; (2) Second step comprises the products of first step being decomposed with the method of clinker under controlled steam pressure.
