Abstract:
This invention relates to a combined technology of solvent-extraction and extraction-chromatographic separation. By using P507-hydrochloric acid separation system the complete separation of rare earth elements is realized. The technology of the said technology is composed mainly of four relatively independent processes and can be used for, the required rare earth element being rapidly separated out. By adopting Tb-Dy division technique, the expensive Tb element and widely applicable Sm, Gd, Er elements as well as precious Tm, Lu elements can be easily obtained. Through extraction-chromatographic separation, Tm, Yb, Lu and Dy, Ho, Er can be separated out in one step; while by fractional distillation and extraction, conc. subtances of La, Sm and Pr, Nd can be separated simultaneously in one step. These are the characteristics of this invention. The complete extracting stage is only 300. Whereby the material consumption and facilities investment are reduced.
