Abstract:
     The aim of this invention is to solve the problem of calcium chloride effluent of the technology of hydrochloric acid decomposition of phosphate ore and liquid-liquid extraction using organic solvent. It is also suitable for solving the same problem in the production of precipitating calcium phosphate by hydrochloric acid decomposition of phosphate ore. This method is a cyclic process with no effluent. The main feature of it is to add hydrogenchloride to the calcium chloride waste solution to effect crystallization and separation of calcium chloride by the salting out action of hydrochloric acid. The mother liquor is recycled to the decomposing trough for decomposition of phosphate ore. A no effluent cyclic process is thus accomplished.
