Abstract:
     This invention relates to a pressure elution process and its appt. in use for ion type RE crude ores. There is thick layer of RE crude ore inside elutriafor. In which, under pressure condition, the exchange reactions of NH4 or Na in eluting agent with these RE ions being adsorbed on clay, such as kaolinite have been occured. So that it may be attained the object of accelerating elution process. The elutriator consist of pressure tight tank, conic sealing cover and moving bottom plate with hole etc. added them up over ten parts. Elution period may be lower by this process from 24-27 hrs in percolation elution stage to cir 4hrs. The recovery of RE may be increased by a factor of 1/10-1/4. This process is especially used for elution of RE crude ore which is bad ability to percolation.
