Abstract:
     This invention is a process of grouping separation purifying gadolinium with ammoniation HEH (EHP) solvent extraction. It uses 1-1.7 M HEH (EHP)-kerosene of 20-45% ammoniation degree, cleaning compound of 0.8-1.5N and 2-3 N HCl, counter extraction acid of 2-3 N HCl. Grouping separation of Nd-Sm and Eu-Gd is carried out on extraction water phase La-Gd (Tb Dy<0.02%) solutions or similar ocmpositions of rare earth after Gd-Tb grouping of ion adsorption type rare earth mine containing mainly heavy rare earth. The concentration of its solution is 0.2-0.4 M and pH value is 2-3. Chloride aqueous selution is carrying out for multi-stage and multi-section countercurrent fractionatic extraction and multi-stage countercurrent counter-extraction.
