Abstract:
     This invention is an extraction and separation technology for rare-earth elements in hydro-metallurgy. It uses an extractant (2-ethylhexyl), phosphate monoester (2-ethylhexyl) solution or other saponified materials. In an extraction system, the composite rare-earth raw materials containing more than four rare-earth elements can be separated into more than four products by one step extraction. Its corresponding direct collecting rate is larger than 90%. It provides a simple and convenient method with less loss of reagent for the extraction and separation of rare-earth elements, especially for separating the composite rare-earth materials which are component-changeable and contain fifteen rare-earth elements.
