Abstract:
     This invention is related to the producetion of refined salt and Na2SO4 using mineral salt artificial brine contained 15-40g/l Na2SO4 and 270-290 g/l NaCl.The mother solution, with calcium eliminated and Na2SO4 salted out at a tempreture of above 90 deg.c is put into the salt process system, The salt pulp is countercurrent-wise washed at least two times with the original brine at a temperature of 20-4O deg.C. The refined salt confaining NaCl above 99% and the washed salt brine containing 70-80g/l Na2SO4 are obtained The product containing Na2SO4 above 98% is gained from the washed salt brine through removing calcium by raising temperature, salting out by adding salt, and washing by hot water, With this invention, the cost of salt and energy consumed is less and the quality of the refined salt and Na2SO4 is very good.
