Abstract:
     The process contains to add at least a kind of powder neutralizer to the reaction product of KCl and H2So4. the neutralizer is selected from a group of Ca(OH)2, Cao, CaCO3, Mg(OH)2, Mgo and MgCo3. The doze of the neutralizer is about 0.5 to 2 of unreacted H2SO4. Water or steam is about 0.03% to 1% of the wt. of K2SO4. The mixture is first pelletized, then powdered.
