Abstract:
     The characteristic of the process is that carbon dioxide and ammonium bicarbonate are used as feed materials in carbonation process. It is a two stage propagation-type carbonating process by the order of first pre-carbonation and then propagation-type carbonation. In sodium bicarbonate calcination process, flue gas self-passivation fluidized-bed calicination technique is used; and in ammonium chloride crystallization process, mother liquor (2) jet refrigeration technique is applied. The claimed soda process can be widely used for combined soda production in small-sized nitrogen fertilizer factories and technical innovation of present soda plants.
