Abstract:
     This invention is a method for self-return of soda and its apparatus, and suitable for production of sodium carbonate. The characteristic is making use of the coiled pipe around the outside of a steam calcining furnace body, and sodium carbonate is automatically conveyed back from the furnace tail to the furnace head. From the steam calcining furnace tail outlet, sodium corbonate passes through the furnace tail outlet ring into the coiled pipe around the furnace body, and comes back along the pipe wall as the furnace body revolves and then thhrough the furnace head feeding inlet ring into the furnace. It abolishes the original mechanical conveying method, and thus shortens the processing flow, reduces equipments, diminishes noise, and improves environment.
