Abstract:
     The present invention deals mainly with the advancement of the lithium carbonate production from processing lithium-mica by potassium sulfate method which is presented in Patent CN 85181989A. The main points of the advancement are added a ball-making process before the roast of furance charge, and then carry on fast roast which, in general, may be completed in only five minutes; besides, the secondary extract liquor is treating with NH3 directly passing through, the original three processes of vitriol formation, filtration and heterovitriol aqueous resolution for secondary extract liquor are eliminated, so save both labour and materil, economize on energy source, reduce the cost, raise the Li2CO3 product pureness above 98% and be able to comprehensively reclaim various useful elements.
