Abstract:
     This invention provides a method for soda prodn. limited within solid-phase process. It is characterized by adopting a series of new technique measures such as salt-crushing, ammonium bicarbonate-granule-selecting, configuration-fixing treatment, osmotic reaction, floatation washing and filter washing etc. in prodn., thus enables the process of preparing sodium bicarbonate from reacting ammonium bicarbonate with sodium chlorde mainly going on within the solid phase range. Therefore coarse-grained and heavy soda with good quality can be produced with less energy consumption, while enormous appts. and complicated technique are unnecessary. This invention is applicable for being extended in prodn. with the advantages of less investment and high economic efficiency. ]
