Abstract:
     Said method uses industrial sulfuric acid or waste surfuric acid, potassium chloride and ammonia as raw materials, under the action of associating agent-alkyl tertiary amine to make the potassium sulfate with production of byproduct of ammonia chloride. In comparison with the traditional method, said method has the following advantages: its technology is quite simple, with moderate condition of reaction, three kinds of waste materials can be used, all the raw material can be comprehensively utilized, no production of hydrogen chloride, so the problems caused by hydrochloric acid such as its recovery and utilization, corrosion and environmental pollution can be eliminated. Furthermore, said method has high product recovery rate, low cost, good quality, and is suitable to industrial production on various scales.
