Abstract:
     In this production method of caustic soda, calcium carbonate (including its products, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide), sodium sulfate and water are used as its raw materials and the method for producing calcium nitrate and sodium nitrate, the reaction principle for generating sodium ferrite and the hydrolysis reaction principle of sodium ferrite are integrated together. The reactants of nitrogen dioxide and ferric oxide can be cyclically used during production and the exhausted mother liquid of sodium nitrate is returned into absorption-neutralizing tower for reclaiming and taking part in reaction.
