Abstract:
     This invention features as follows: Appropriate catalyst is added in during causticization for making the transform rate of Na2CO3 up to 99%; Rotating-up dewater and high-speed rinsing extraction with triangular sprayer are used in separation for saving investment of apparatus and water consumption greatly and making the residue value of NaOH lower than 0.5%. And an air-raising stove and overall flame method are used for soda-fixing cauldron with the advantages of strong firepower, overall heating cauldron, high temp of up to 1200 deg.C inside the stove, elongating service life of causdron, and no need to rotate the cauldron (overcoming the shortcoming that the cauldron must be rotated at an angle of 60 deg. every 15 cauldrons of soda production).
