Abstract: |
|||
| In this invention, the content of potassium sulfate is increased from 65% in coarse sylvine to over 93% by double decomposition and substitution reaction between potassium hydroxide and coarse sylvine at room temp and the countercurrent substitutions for n times. All the KOH to be used for purifying is basically transformed into K2SO4. The by-product (the mother liquor after substitution reaction) can be all recovered to extract alunite clinker by immersion. According to this invention, the applicability of potassium fertilizer has greatly increased. Compared with existing process, this process features low cost, less energy consumption and drastic decrease of alkali consumption in whole alunite processing system. | |||
