Abstract:
     This invention uses gas turbine for substituting of originally adopted steam turbine and power boiler system. The original technological process is only such modified that the mode of humidification to raw gas is changed, flue heater and saturation stage are equipped, and low-grade afterheat in exhausted gas of gas turbine is used in placed of higher-grade energy of sub-high pressure steam or high-grade heat source. By this technology, the energy consumption per ton of ammonia is lower than 34GJ, and the total oil consumption is 910-990 kg. This invention is also applicable to produce synthetic gas by partial oxidation method using heavy oil or coal as raw material.
