Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation method for potassium sulfate by using conversion of ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride. Both raw materials are passed through once conversion, once cooling and once scrubbing under the action of auxiliary, and can be made into two products of potassium sulfate and potassium ammonium chloride at the same time. In potassium sulfate product its potassium chloride content is up to 50%, and its chlorine ion content is below 1.5%, so that it can be up to the standard of potash fertilizer. Each production of 1 ton of potassium sulfate consumes 1.0 ton of potassium chloride and 0.9 ton of ammonium sulfate, and at the same time it also can obtain 0.8 ton of by-product potassium ammonium chloride.
