| Selected magnetite, aluminium oxide, calcium carbonate and potassium nitrate or industrial catalyst of mixed iron oxide for synthetic ommonia are used as raw material to prepare the catalyst. Its feature lies on that after raw materials being melted, they are solidified rapidly by rapid solidification process, such as "Single-roll process" "double-roll process" and "atomization process" at a cooling speed of greater than 100 K/s. The activity of catalyst prepared by this invention is obviously higher than the activity of original catalyst. | |||
