Abstract:
     This invented method of new ammonia preparation technological process for synthetic ammonia uses waste timber to prepare inert gas, being safe and easy; adding copper into regenerator for preparing copper liquor to extract total copper and copper ratio has high speed and no ammonia and acid loss; copper wash directly refines coalg as into refined gas; two catalysts simultaneously raise temp. and are reduced; catalyst with activity temp. raises temp. under self-heat; transforming calalyst air circularly raises temp. and air-blown inert gas is circularly reduced by adding coal gas; new method for ammonia gain can gain more ammonia; slight-pressure filtering adsorbs copper liquor to eliminate copper tower carrying liquor along; chemical corrosion-proofness ensures the life of heat-exchanger doubled; because of quick gas filling to bulge gas holder round when it becomes flat by drawing, water-seal alteration ensures safety.
