Abstract:
     The process for ammoxidation of C3-C5 monoalkene into a,b-monounsaturated acyclic nitrile with 3-5 C atoms and HCN features that monoalkene, molecular oxygen and ammonia are led into reaction area, where they are contacted in gas phase with solid catalyst of ammoxidation. The mole ratio of molecular oxygen and ammonia to monoalkene is at least 1.5-1.0. Said catalyst is V1SbaMmNnOx, where a, M, m, N, n are defined as in the specification, and is prepared by contacting V compound solution with Sb compound in water dispersion system.
