Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a gas-solid catalytic reactor for synthesizing ammonia and methanol and making other gas-solid catalytic reversible reaction in chemical production. It mainly includes a sealed container formed by an internal cylinder body and an external cylinder body, and the interior of said container is divided into four sections of A,B,C and D, and A, B and D sections are heat-insulating sections, and c section is an inner-cooling section, at its intermediate portion is equipped with cold pipe column, and at its bottom portion is equipped with a heat-exchanger to make heat-exchange according to the three heat-insulating inner-cooling split-flow technological process. Its unreacted cold-gas is divided into two portions, and about 60-75% of cold gas is fed into the container from an intake, and other about 25-40% of cold gas whose temp. is 30-180 deg.C is fed into the container from bottom intake to regulate its reaction temp. in the container so as to make it be....
