Abstract:
     The process for preparing cationic surfactant includes loading lauyl alcohol and catalyst into a reactor, slowly putting epoxy chloropropane in it, mixing and heating to 70-145 deg. C, constant-temp mixing, cooling to obtain first resultant, putting the resultant and triethylamine in another reactor, sealing while mixing and heating to 95-135 deg. C for reaction for 6-8 hr, and cooling to obtain final product with active matter content of 50-60%.
