Abstract:
     An improved ammonia synthesis process features use of fresh air which has low content of inertial gas to greatly speed up ammonia synthesis. The process for partial synthesis of ammonia can obviously reduce electric consumption of compressor and circulation machine, elongate service life of catalyst and increase utilization rate of raw gas, increasing the nominal power of synthesis stage by 50-75%.
