Abstract:
     A process for recovering gas-phase hydrocyanic acid as by-product of acrylonitrile production features direct reaction of the gas-phase hydrocyanic acid with sucking material under negative pressure. Its outstanding advantages include short technological route, low investment and few leakage spots in equipment, reduced polymerization in gas phase delievery of HCN and full suction of HCN gas by alkali solution.
