Abstract:
     The converting process substituting high-pressure steam by low-pressure steam is characterized by that its shift converter adopts mid-conversion series-connected to low-conversion or full low-conversion condition and uses saturation hot-water tower to recover heat energy. The hot-water discharged from hot-water tower is sprayed and fed into upper portion of a temp.-rising hot-water tower, and a low-pressure steam with 0.2-0.6 MPa is introduced into lower portion of the above-mentioned temp.-rising hot-water tower, and contacted with sprayed water, then the produced hot-water is fed into first water heater through hot-water pump or further heated through temp.-regulating water heater, and fed into saturation hot-water tower to make heat exchange with semi-water gas, and then the wet semi-water gas discharged from saturation tower has no need of external added high-pressure steam and can be fed into heat exchanger to make reaction in shift converter.
