Abstract:
The present invention relates to the extracted benzene residuum is mixed with inorganic salt in the volume ratio of 3-8 to 1, and the mixture is treated through vacuum evaporation, dewatering and cooling, and delaminated into oil phase layer containing water-soluble organic matter and water phase layer containing 25-30% ammonium sulfate. The delaminated oil phase layer and water phase layer in the ratio of 1 to 5-6 may be used in recovering heat energy and inorganic salt separately, or, the water phase may be re-used as delamination promoter by adding more inorganic salt solution. Unlike available incineration process, the said disposal method has low cost and can recover partial chemical material.
