Abstract:
     An environmental protection type V/Cs catalyst for prparing sulfuric acid is prepared through dissolving and mixing the V2O5, potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, purifying, mixing with purified solution of cesium sulfate, neutralizing with sulfuric acid to obtain the neutral liquid, treating the diatomite with sulfuric acid, filtering, drying, titrating said neutral liquid in it, grinding, shaping, drying, calcining at 580±20 deg.C for 1 hr, cooling and sieving. Its advantages are low ignition temp and high activity.
