Abstract:
     A catalyst has noble bimetal Pt and Pd as active component, at least one of RE metals La, Ce, Pr and Sm as assistant, and Al2O3 or composite oxide Al2O3-TiO2 containing TiO2 in 80% as carrier and is prepared by using the wet soaking process. The catalyst has high activity and high selectivity as well as relatively high anti-toxicity capacity. The catalyst has hydrogenating efficiency of 9-11 gram H2O2 each liter of working liquid and degraded product less than 0.40 g/KH202 (27.5%).
