Abstract:
     This invention relates to a filament and its preparation method in which, the filament contains carbon nanometer tubes. The preparation method includes the following steps: preparing carbon nanometer array, drawing carbon nanometer tube wires from the array, winding the wires got from last step on conducting wires used as electrodes with uniform outside force to get the filaments. Compared with the present technology, this invented filament has low resistance rate, negative temperature resistance coifficience and high specific surface areas.
