| A process for preparing a C-nm bundle array includes providing a smooth base, depositing a catalyst layer on the surface of the base, heating the said base under a protective gas to a given temperature, bring a mixture of C source gas and a protective gas through the base, controlling the ratio of speed to volume of the mixture and controlling the temperature difference between catalyst and environment to be above 50 deg.C, the fractional pressure of C source gas to be below 20%, time of reaction to be 5-30 minutes. The C-nm array obtained is in a state of bundle. | |||
