Abstract:
     A molecular sieve of phosphatic silicon aluminum and its preparation method. The molecular sieve is characterized in, X-ray diffraction data contains at least diffraction apexes shown in table1 before removing the moulding agent by baking; X-ray diffraction data contains at least diffraction apexes shown in table2 after removing the moulding agent by baking, the anhydrous formula of the oxide is Al2O3:yP2O5:zSiO[2 by mol, wherein y is 0.01-15, z is 0.05-50. The method comprises mixing aluminum source, phosphatic source, silicon source, and organic molding agent to a gel at the room temperature to 80degree C, adding 0.1-10 % by dry weight of crystal seed, crystallizing by water bath at 120~250degree C for 4-500 hours. A catalyst containing the active component of the molecular sieve of phosphatic silicon aluminum could be used for reaction of hydrocarbon or compounds containing oxygen atom.
