Abstract:
     The dry production process of plant fibre tableware and packaging container includes: pulverizing and grinding grass fibres, such as rice straw, wheat-straw or other grass wild plant into short fibre; adding filling material and water; heating, stirring and mixing them into granular form; placing them into mould and press-moulding, high-temp drying and shape-fixing; demoulding, sticking protective film on the shaped tableware or container and applying temp.-resistant and water-proof coating. After used, said protective film can be torn off, and easy to be hydrolyzed, and the invented grass fibre product can be naturally air-slaked, degradated and absorbed by microbe in soil.
