Abstract:
     The automatic stalk feed producing line consists of corn stalk processing machine, rotary vertical material lifting and mixing machine, storage tank, pelletizing machine and mouth sewing machine. The corn stalk processing machine is communicated with the inlet of the rotary vertical material lifting and mixing machine through conveying pipeline, and the outlet of the rotary vertical material lifting and mixing machine is connected to the inlet of the pelletizing machine. The corn stalk processing machine includes upper frame, rotor with hammering plate, cutter fixed onto the inner wall of the upper frame and connected to tooth plate, sieving plate set between the upper frame and lower frame and blower fixed in the discharge port. The rotary vertical material lifting and mixing machine consists of at least two serially connected units. The automatic stalk feed producing line has simple structure, low production cost and wide application range.
