Abstract:
     A method for controlling the the ultrophication of water body and eliminating the water hyacinth features that a remotely controlled ship with the cutting blades installed to a rotating axle is used to shear the water hyacinth for making it become broken pieces, and the hydrophilic resin blocks with ion exchange function and mesh structure is used on the water surface for planting land plants to absorb the nutrients (N, P, etc) from water.
