Abstract:
     The invention provides a method for making chain wheel. It comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials include iron powder, copper powder, graphite powder and zinc stearate; mixing the basic raw materials; basal body press to form basal body pressed compact; preparing copper compact materials which include copper powder, iron powder, manganese sulfide and zinc stearate; mixing copper compact materials; putting copper compact materials into mold and pressing them to form copper compact; putting copper compact on high temperature net and preheating it with the temperature between 650 deg. and 750 deg., then agglomerating it with the temperature between 1110 deg. and 1120 deg.; heating the basal body which has been agglomerated at the temperature of 840±20 deg.; then drawing temper it at the temperature of 160±20 deg..
