Abstract:
     A musical box features that its bottom plate is formed by combining two parts into a whole. Its primary bottom plate, spring casing, supporters of speed regulator and sound drum bearing, and fixing seat of partial sound plate are made into a whole part by injection. Its partial bottom plate and the supporters of bearings in gear driving axles system are made into another whole by injection. They are combined together by ultrasonic welding of plastics. Its advantages include use of plastics instead of aluminium, high integrated level and low cost.
